In my practice, we use the premium Straumann, Neodent, and Anthogyr implant systems from the Straumann Group.

Implantology

Dental implants offer a solution not only for replacing one or more missing teeth, but also for complete tooth loss, restoring the most natural way of chewing, smiling, and speaking in the long term.

A dental implant is an artificial tooth root that is fully biocompatible, meaning it is well accepted by the human body. Thanks to the process of osseointegration, it provides a stable foundation for the dental restoration. During implantation, an artificial root made of titanium or zirconia is placed into the site of the missing tooth, onto which the abutment and crown are later built.

The procedure is performed under local anesthesia with antibiotic protection, so no special preparation is required. However, it is recommended that the patient consumes an adequate amount of food and drink beforehand to maintain stable blood sugar levels. Regular daily medications should also be taken on time.

Before the procedure, a 3D CBCT scan is performed to obtain precise information about the condition of the teeth and jawbone. Based on this, the appropriate size and position of the implant are selected and planned using specialized software.

During traditional implantation, the oral surgeon first exposes the bone and then prepares the implant site where the implant is placed. If the implant achieves sufficient stability, a healing abutment is inserted, and the gum is sutured. After suture removal, a healing period of approximately 3 months follows, during which the area should be protected. Once healing is complete, an impression is taken, and the crown is fabricated and then fixed onto the implant.

With proper oral hygiene and regular dental check-ups, dental implants provide a durable and aesthetic solution that restores both natural appearance and functionality.

In my practice, we use premium implant systems from the Straumann Group, including Straumann and Neodent.

Immediate implantation

Immediate dental implantation involves tooth extraction and implant placement at the same time, minimizing both treatment and healing time. The procedure requires a high level of expertise, modern surgical techniques, and premium implants to ensure optimal osseointegration and implant stability. We offer immediate implantation as a fast, comfortable, and aesthetic solution for our patients.

Advantages:

  • Shorter treatment and healing time: Compared to traditional procedures, healing can be up to 50% faster with immediate implantation, typically completed within 8–12 weeks, with fewer dental visits required.
  • Immediate loading: A temporary crown can be placed right after the implant is inserted, allowing the patient to quickly regain a natural appearance.
  • Health benefits: Bone and gum loss can be avoided, reducing the need for gum grafting or bone augmentation.
  • Simplicity: The entire procedure is performed in a single session, quickly and with minimal discomfort, and achieving the final restoration may require less time and fewer interventions.

Who is it recommended for?
Immediate implantation is an ideal choice for those seeking a quick and long-lasting solution for broken or damaged teeth due to accidents, or teeth that have deteriorated due to decay.
It is especially recommended for front teeth, where both aesthetics and load-bearing capacity are important.

Safety and risks:
The procedure is generally safe; however, like any surgical intervention, immediate implantation carries some risks, such as inflammation or implant failure.
These risks are minimized through thorough preoperative examinations and careful planning.
For a successful outcome, the patient must have adequate bone structure and be in good overall health.

Dentoalveolar surgery

Dento-alveolar surgery is one of the most common fields of oral surgery, encompassing procedures related to the teeth and the surrounding bone and soft tissues.
Its goal is to restore oral health, eliminate complaints, and prepare the dentition for further treatments such as implantation or prosthetic restorations.

When is dento-alveolar surgery needed?

  • Wisdom tooth removal

  • Removal of broken or impacted (unerupted) teeth

  • Elimination of inflammatory or cystic lesions

  • Surgical removal of the tip of a tooth root (apicectomy)

  • Tooth extraction prior to implantation

  • Corrections of bone and gum tissue

How is the procedure performed?
All treatments are carried out under local anesthesia, so the patient does not feel pain.
If necessary, sedation can also be used.
The surgical area is treated under sterile conditions, and after the procedure, detailed home care instructions are provided.

Why is it important?
Dento-alveolar surgery helps to:

  • Prevent more serious complications (e.g., inflammation, cysts, gum problems)

  • Restore proper chewing function

  • Prepare the oral cavity for modern dental restorations

Cosmetic Dentistry

Restore your smile to full health and beauty! As part of aesthetic dentistry, we perform root canal treatment on diseased teeth, as well as the restoration and replacement of tooth structure lost due to decay. This allows us to restore the tooth’s natural anatomical shape and function while eliminating sensitivity and pain.

  • Comprehensive root canal treatment

  • Aesthetic, tooth-colored fillings

  • Inlay and onlay restorations

  • Ultra-thin pressed ceramic veneers (as thin as contact lenses)

Dental Prosthetics

Healthy, intact teeth are a natural part of our daily lives. We truly appreciate their importance only when we lose one. Let your smile be complete again! Full and partial removable dentures, fixed dentures—crowns and bridges, crowns and bridges on implants, and in cases of complete edentulism, screw-retained fixed dentures on 4 or 6 implants (All-on-X).

Invisible braces

The invisible orthodontic system is the latest method in orthodontics, allowing you to achieve an attractive, confident smile. The aligners are эстетic and removable, making it easy to keep both your teeth and the appliance clean.

This system is based on high-tech 3D technology. Specialized software pre-plans your desired smile in advance, following anatomical principles. The Happy Smile orthodontic system is an excellent choice if you are looking for an alternative to fixed (bracket-based) braces.

Periodontology

One of the main causes of gum disease is the failure to remove plaque and tartar from the teeth. Since tartar adheres very strongly to the tooth surface, it cannot be removed through home dental care—professional assistance from a dentist or dental hygienist is required.

In addition to tartar removal and polishing, we treat existing gum disease with regenerative materials. If you’d like whiter teeth, teeth whitening is available both in the office and at home.

Diagnostics

Every treatment begins with an accurate examination.
Based on a detailed assessment, we establish a diagnosis and create an appropriate treatment plan.

The first step is a clinical oral examination, during which we assess the teeth, oral mucosa, and periodontal tissues. For planning prosthetic or orthodontic treatments, dental digital photography is also essential. These images complement the diagnosis and support precise digital planning.

Equally important are imaging techniques performed in 2D or 3D, such as X-rays (RTG) and CBCT scans.
These diagnostic steps together enable the creation of a comprehensive diagnosis and a well-structured treatment plan.
